Panta Rhei

Never heard of Ruchè? Well, this is going to be one hell of an introduction folks! This highly aromatic red varietal has dwindled in status over recent decades, now considered little more than a Piemontese oddity to most, though, the Panta Rhei is primed to obliterate the haters. The classic lift of crushed rose petal and dried cherry skin is no doubt there, but the Panta Rhei treads more deeply into something meaty and sanguine - beef tartare, hoisin and green peppercorn ride shotgun to bright blood plum and red apple.
